Berliner designed The NOHO Lofts, a contemporary mixed-use building in North Hollywood, California. The design featured three stories of live/work lofts with retail on the ground floor, above two levels of subterranean parking.

The design of the live/work units focuses on creating flexible spaces, utilizing minimal interior walls, while maintaining efficiency and a contemporary feel. A combination of floor-to-ceiling glazing and high-performance translucent wall panels provide an abundance of natural daylighting. 

The NOHO Lofts are part of the North Hollywood Redevelopment Project, a 740-acre project administered by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles.
